I love doing arts and crafts with children I feel as though it’s a way to keep them creative and I also, when weather is permitted, enjoy going outside to parks or museums. I consider myself super creative and enjoy being creative with kids and letting them express themselves!

The most important part of being a nanny is ensuring safety and making sure everything is safe for the kids. Also, building a bond not only with the children but also with the families. I believe in this industry we all work as a team to ensure safety and well-being and without a bond and good communication that cannot happen.
My experience with special needs children...
While working at daycares I did have several times where I did have special needs children in my classes. I feel as though when working with kids with special needs you do have to approach the situation differently but allow the same grace and patience you would with any other child.
The most important part about being a nanny...
My favorite nanny moment is one with a family I was recently consistently babysitting for. Every time I would come over we would always draw each other all pictures to color and switch and color together. Knowing something so small is something they look forward to when they see me makes me so happy!
