The most important part about being a nanny...
I think the most important part of being a nanny is making children feel safe, loved, and understood. Kids remember how you make them feel, so I always try to build a relationship where they know they can trust me. I also believe it's important for parents to have peace of mind, knowing their children are safe, cared for, and happy while they're away.
As someone that grew up with a babysitter/nanny, being a nanny is more than just watching children, it's about becoming someone they can rely on while helping them learn, grow, and have fun.
