Hello! My name is Milena. I am 29 years old, originally from Colombia, and currently living in Massachusetts. I have over 3 years of professional nanny experience in the United States and 6 years of experience as a Certified Nursing Assistant in Colombia.

My greatest joy is helping children feel safe, loved, and confident while supporting their emotional, social, and developmental growth. I believe every child learns best through play, patience, kindness, and consistency. I love encouraging independence by teaching age-appropriate life skills and celebrating every milestone, no matter how small. As a native Spanish speaker, I enjoy introducing children to Spanish naturally through songs, books, games, and everyday conversations. With over 3 years of nanny experience, 6 years as a Certified Nursing Assistant, and CPR and First Aid certifications, I provide families with compassionate, reliable, and safety-focused care.
