My most previous job I worked as a therapeutic recreation camp counselor. Everyday I was assigned to work with an adolescent with a intellectual or developmental disability. I also have a few years of babysitting experience as well as working with 1-2 year olds as a teachers assistant.

I was babysitting a kiddo. It was during the Halloween season. I thought we could decorate some cupcakes for Halloween. I let the kiddo do most of the work and the cupcakes were smeared with colored frosting and ghost sprinkles. Kiddo insisted on writing individuals cards and handing them out to all the neighbors. This put a big smile on my face. So sweet.
