Spending time outside with the kids is very important to me (when the weather permits!) and spending time off electronics is something I am very passionate about. I have seen that when children interact creatively (arts and crafts, etc.) as well as being physically active, it forms new interests and skill building, fun and productive use of high energy, and an overall boost of happiness and excitement for day-to-day activities!

The most important part of being a nanny would be making sure the kids feel happy, safe, and cared for. Along with that, is making sure the parents feel confident that their children are rightfully taken care of. Creating a bond of trust is incredibly important on both ends. Taking part in a family's life is a great opportunity, something I am lucky to experience.
The most important part about being a nanny...
I babysat for a family with a 7-year-old daughter on multiple occasions. One of my favorite moments was when I would help her with her math homework because her parents told me she was struggling a little bit. After helping her for a couple of weeks she was overjoyed to show me a 10/10 on her most recent test. I loved being able to help her and loved how happy she was to achieve something that I knew she could do!
