"Mirah worker for me at the Child Development Center when she was a student worker getting her education at Barton Community College. Mirah worked for me all four semesters and during the summer working with children infants to schoolagers, working her way to becoming the opener and sometimes closer of the infant room by herself as lead teacher. She always did such a great job taking care of the children especially the younger ones."

"Mirah was a student worker in my infant classroom (ages 6 weeks-12 months old). I work at a Child Development Center on a college campus, so she was basically an assistant teacher.
She was always willing to help out in our other classrooms as well!
(ages 1 year old-5 years old)
I thoroughly enjoyed having her work in my room. Not only did she have an amazing work ethic but she was excited to learn about early childhood development.
She is skilled in basic care needs and loves to engage with children of all ages! The children loved her positive energy and became very fond of Mirah.
She truly has a big heart and cares for those around her, any family would be lucky to have her as a nanny."

The most important part about being a nanny...
Being a nanny is creating a safe, loving, and supportive environment for the children. It’s about building trust, nurturing their growth, and making sure they feel cared for and understood. It’s also important to be patient, adaptable, and actively engage with them through play, learning, and routines.
The most important part about being a nanny...
One of my favorite moments was when the toddler I was caring for took their first steps, and I got to celebrate that special moment with them and their family.
I’ve had so many great moments exploring the outdoors with kids, whether it was a nature walk or just running around the backyard. It's always fun to see their curiosity and excitement as they discover new things.
Before nap time at daycare, we had 30 minutes of dancing and singing, and that was always my favorite part. The kids were tired, and it was so fun to see them get relaxed and ready for a good nap after we danced and sang together.
