Hi, my name is Mirela Kohn. I am writing to express my interest in becoming part of your nanny agency. I am current living in San Diego, however, I will be moving to Washington D.C. soon as my eldest daughter will be starting medical school in the city.
I have over 5 years experience as Professional and Career Nanny, working for private homes as a full time and as well part time Nanny in San Diego (CA) area. I have experience working with high profile and high net worth families, with fully staffed homes. In Brazil I worked for 4 years like Personal Assistant .
I have Bachelor’s degree in Child Development , Integrated Marketing and School of Arts. I am looking for a long term, full time position with a family I can grow with.
Children are definitely one of my many passions. It truly amazes me watch their development from infancy on. My favorite age group is definitely from infancy to kindergarten years (or 0 to 5 years old). There is nothing more rewarding than being able to help parents raise their children and watch them grow as a family. It feels good to be part of village and I am proud of being a Nanny.
In my prior positions, I have taken care of children young as 1 day old through teenage years. Inthepast5years,Ihaveseenincreasethenumberoffamilieslookingforward to hire me. Besides my experience as a Nanny, I also can add that I have helped innumerous families as a house manager as well. My role was to make a sure the household runs smoothly through the day.
