A little bit about me

Hello! I'm a 24 year old woman, I have a little sister and we are 18 years apart! I raised her alongside my mother and I truly feel like I'm doing a great job with her despite not having any children of my own. I occasionally looked after my friends and neighbor's children as well when they needed someone reliable. I am vaccinated and double boosted. I am also a Certified Medical Assistant and have 3 years working in the medical field. I am currently still in school, in the STEM program, aiming towards becoming a Respiratory Care Practitioner in the near future. I can be flexible with my time for weekends/holidays. I am also a DACA recipient so therefore, I get background checked every 2 years, so I can always provide that clarification and I have a clean driving record. I enjoy taking care of others and I like to think of myself as someone fun, creative, protective, and nurturing. More About Me

Relevant experience where I also cared for children were...

I am a medical assistant and in my field I see and care for children, teenagers, and adults. I've taken care of friends children, typically in the afternoon-midnight, and during weekends, so I'm able to have kids in bed and asleep by 8PM or by whatever desired time mom and dad want. I like to know the kid's diet, if there's any restrictions or allergies as well as what type of snacks they like.

Activities I enjoy doing with children...

Depending on the age range, I like to do puzzles and strategic games for little ones to develop there way to figure tangible things out.
For older kids I aim to do word searches and mystery solving.
For Outdoor Activities tennis is always fun, as well as softball, batmen, and trampoline jumping.

What matters to me the most is making sure that I'm providing a safe, fun, and comfortable environment.
