A little bit about me

Hello I’m Misty I’m a Mom of 6. I have 4 biological kids and 2 adopted. All of my children are grown except one who is 7. I have a Great love for children and have had several children placed with me via DSS over the years. I am CPR Certified as I’ve worked in healthcare for 20+ years. I’m looking to get out of healthcare to change the pace of life and have more free time to spend with my youngest child. Quality, safe and responsible childcare has always been a struggle so I’m looking to lighten the load for your family by meeting and exceeding your childcare needs and expectations by providing a safe, productive and healthy environment for your child/ children to thrive. My love for children has taken me on many journeys. I’ve done home health for special needs children as well as worked in a group home for children who are in State care. I’ve also worked on the pediatric unit years ago at MUSC and have years of personal life experience raising my Children.
