Is safety. Point blank and period. Being kind, having fun with the kids is nice and all, and being liked by them is even better, but safety is always my number one priority. I understand that you’re trusting me with the most important thing in your life.

I’ve worked with high functioning individuals in the past, both adults and children. That being said my experience with non-high functioning neurodivergent individuals is limited.
