Making sure that the kids trust you and you have a good relationship. I would never ever yell because that just makes them afraid of you.

One time I told one of the kids that they were cute and they said “I’m not cute I’m Christian” another cute moment is one of the 10 month olds refused to let anyone hold her except me and she ended up taking a nap on my lap.
