Not only was I a nanny for two little boys in Roxborough Park from [phone number hidden], I have been a private tutor for the last 11 years ...from a five year old boy to teach him to read and skip kindergarten and begin in 1st grade ...up to seniors in high school.

Activities I enjoy doing with children...
Infant: I would sing and read board books to them, play with sensory toys
Toddler: I would read to them, play at the park, or interact with play dough, fingerpaint and building blocks.
4-6 year-old: I would play with magnatiles, build with legos, read books to them, go to the park, pool or go for a walk while they ride their bike.
7 and up: I would play board games with them, have them read to me and vice versa, and spend lots of time with outdoor activities.

The number one responsibility of being a nanny is pleasing the family by keeping a happy household with happy children.

One family I worked for during my summers in college asked me if I would take their five children to Mass with me on Sundays. That was a joy!
