I’m an extroverted person, always like to be active and do fun stuffs, I like teaching them new things all the time and how to be independent, if they are old enough. My experience as a nanny is big since I started to take care of kids since I was 13 years old, also work in a private consulting with my mom who is a psychologist and gave me the opportunity to interact with kids with special needs. More About Me

Relevant experience where I also cared for children were...

During my childcare experience, I took care of kids with autism, ADHD, also work as a tutor in Math and English, took care of babies, I used to feed and bath them, also I helped with potty training and helped them get ready for school. Helped them improve their motor skills. As part of my experience I was in charge of a group during a camp in summer where I was the dance teacher and also used to do arts and crafts with my kids.

Activities I enjoy doing with children...

I love doing arts and crafts, dancing and singing. Also reading books with them, since that helps them with their memory. I like sharing my traditional dishes with them and encouraging them to do new things. Going to the playground is one of my favorite activities, bc I usually play with them either on the slide, swings, zip line or I play tag or hide and seek.

The most important part about being a nanny...

I think is to show a good image of yourself bc kids copy other people behaviors and also to keep an eye on them at all times, not to keep them from trying new stuffs, just to make sure that nothing would happen to them.

My experience with special needs children...

It was hard at the beginning bc you gotta learn and understand them. Also you can’t force the bond between you and the kid, but when I interacted more and more with them it was easier to do some activities together

The most important part about being a nanny...

I would say, that during my aupair experience, I shared a lot of memorable moments with my kids and some of them were when we did some painting and we all ended up full of red paint all over our legs and face and then we hug each other and said I love you( we were painting pine cones)
