I helped raise my little cousin she has down syndrome where she does not communicate so much and he moods switch up very gradually. There was certain things she did not like and i was able to help her communicate her issues to me so I could help her.

A Favorite moment I had is when i walk in from either a day off or just coming back into work with the kids and they are very eager and happy to see me and asking to do fun stuff or things we have done before. I love seeing the kids smile and be so happy to see me.
