I do not believe in a lot of screen time, I make sure to do lots of daily activities with the children and keep them busy and having fun. The way that I discipline is by redirection. When a child is throwing a fit, or upset or wants to have selective hearing, I will distract them with something else to take their mind off the issue or try to compromise with the child. I can be strict when needed. I hope to be able to find a nice family that I can work with well.
