I have been babysitting since I was 13, and working with kids since I was 15.
I spent 5 years working at a summer camp in Vermont with 5 and 6 year olds.
I have also worked in a school full-time for 5 years with students one on one as a behavior interventionist working with kids who have a harder time being in class by themselves.
Part of that job was giving kids the tools to work at their best and give them positive alternative ways to express frustration and anger.
I have spent time as the assistant director of an Afterschool program in Nashville. and loved my time managing all age groups as well as staff. I love helping to solve problems big or small as well as take on some extra responsibilities where needed.
I am comfortable working with kids of all ages and have experience with kids who have special needs or require more assistance!

I love doing arts and crafts. As well as reading, doing outdoor activities, and spending time with animals!
The most important part about being a nanny...
I love working with kids and being able to celebrate the big and small moments with them! My favorite thing about working with kids and nannying is building long lasting relationships with the families!
My experience with special needs children...
As a behavior interventionist I have stepped in to the role of autism intervention as well. This involved doing 1 on 1 work with students on the spectrum.
