My name is Morgan, I graduated high school last year and am currently taking a gap year. My mom was a nanny and preschool teacher and I helped her as a volunteer for several years before I was old enough to work, at which point I joined her as an assistant teacher during summer sessions at Westlake United Methodist Preschool. I love working with kids, learning how their minds work, and how to manage them, both in a classroom setting and individually. I have the most experience with kids ages 3-5 and have also worked with infants and younger toddlers. When working with kids I focus on positive reinforcement, discipline through redirection, and maintaining a growth mindset.
