The most important part about being a nanny...
I think the most important part of being a nanny is becoming a special person in a child's life. I think the best part is seeing a child get excited to see you/hang out with you. Watching a child grow, become more intelligent, become more independent is one of the most rewarding feelings in life, rather you are their parent or not. I love watching children become their very own little person, it makes me so happy to know that I could have possibly had an impact on that.
My experience with special needs children...
I don't have any real experience as far as caring for a special needs, but in High School my best friend named Skyy had special needs. I took her to prom with me and many school dances. She would come over a lot, and we would hang out a lot! I believe this experience gave me a lot of insight on how to properly act and care for them! :)
