Growing up I babysat siblings, cousins and some of my neighbors children. In the past few years, I've worked in Residential Treatment with kids who had been through trauma in their lives and at a hospital as a Care Technician. I have had experiences with explosive behaviors from multiple children at the same time and have demonstrated the ability to keep my cool at all times. I consider myself easy to work with due to my flexibility and ability to clearly communicate the needs of myself and the children/families I served/serve. I adore working with children and consider it a strength of mine as I can get down to their level and listen to what they have to say without blowing my top.
