While in school I took an Early Childhood Development class, where I received an ECE credit for drafting and implementing age appropriate lesson plans that encouraged fine motor ,gross motor, cognitive and social skills development. We were also educated on stages of child development all the way from neonatal to preschool age. Along with what to look for developmentally and ensuring that anecdotal notes were taken as our little learners hit those big and little milestones!
