The most important part about childcare for me is connection. I may not always be able to make sure a child is happy, as we know, they experience big emotions! All of my paid experience has been working with children with special needs. Specifically, I cater to children with autism and other neurodivergent conditions. While I have limited experience with physical disabilities, I am happy to learn how to best accommodate your child's needs!

It's hard to choose just one experience! As a whole, I would say I love watching my kids learn new skills. I've worked with many children who have certain delays that can make social interactions and school expectations difficult. There is nothing more that I love than being able to help them acquire these new skills and watch how that drastically improves their lives!
