I cared for mr. Terry Phillips since September of 2012 , he was paralegic, paralyzed waist down , veteran. He passed away February 26 , 2023. Miss him dearly. I was a live-in. Almost 10 years . so I am now looking for employment.

My experience with special needs children...
Haven’t never worked with special needs with kids but Terry Phillips , he was 76 and has special needs . Had to shower him, feed him , dress him, brush his teeth. Did bowel care. Handeld all finances. Took him to his appointments. Went to get groceries every week.
The most important part about being a nanny...
Yes we became close over the years . Terry was very good to us. Still can’t believe he’s gone. Never promised tomorrow. I use to take him with me to my family functions so he can get out for the excersise. Instead of laying in bed all day. We use to go to farmers market to get vegetables & fruits his favorite place to go.
