Im 20, I’m currently a pre school teacher at a synagogue in bluebell looking for some extra work on the side. I believe in foundation and fun can go hand in hand. I try to add teachings into the daily lives of children. I hate the rise of technology with children, I fear ipads have become an epidemic and want to help children reengage with their imagination. Children are so important, and its important they get the help and support they need. I would love to help be part of a families journey as their child grows.

More About Me

Relevant experience where I also cared for children were...

Iv been a pre school teacher for about a little over a year now. My current classroom is children two turning three but I have experience with infants to six years of age at my work. I also babysit for a lot of the families at my school.

Activities I enjoy doing with children...

Hiking outside, collecting flowers and looking at bugs. Playgrounds! drawing with chalk, playing pretend. Coloring, building forts, doing small science experiments ( ie volcano ).

My experience with special needs children...

Before I was a preschool teacher I vollenteered in the special needs classroom at my church, I was a 1-1 aid with a 4 grader. I would help him with the lesson task and lead him through. Most recently when I was teaching I had two special needs boys in my class. Both semi non verbale. Once I learned how they function we became very close and It become easier to figure out how to help them.

The most important part about being a nanny...

Anytime a child draws me a picture. I will keep it forever, I have an ongoing scrapbook.
