In the last couple years i have spent 30 hours a week lifeguarding for a local swim institution. A colleague and I are looking to expand our experience as caregivers as we anticipate new careers as caregivers and house management. I have experience with cleaning and organization, as well as online task management and services.

it is crucial for kids that they can engage with something educational, and something overcoming challenges to achieve goals. Distractions are not "taking care" of children or supervising them. Screen time in the duration of my caregiving will be limited to as needed, as I prefer reading, boardgames, being outside, tutoring, etc.
