The most important part about being a nanny...
Patience & trust. Patience for if they’re doing something they’re not suppose to be doing, teach them why they shouldn’t be or if they don’t want to do this than ask them why. Trust is you just being the only trusted person with them, so if your mean to them that will show a lot or if your nice than they’ll want you to come back. Kids don’t like mean people, if they don’t like you than they won’t trust you, that’s normal behavior as well. As much as patience plays a big roll as well, and obviously way more. Thank you
