The most important part about being a nanny...
To me, the most important part of being a nanny is building a relationship based on trust, love, and teamwork. Every child deserves to feel safe, valued, understood, and encouraged to become their unique self. I believe children thrive when they receive consistent care, healthy boundaries, and patient guidance.
I view parents as partners and work to support each family’s values, routines, and goals. My role goes beyond supervising children—it’s about helping them grow emotionally, socially, and academically through play, exploration, reading, creativity, and everyday learning opportunities.

My experience with special needs children...
I have extensive experience with my own special needs children one who has autism and ADHD and another who has adoption and early childhood trauma. I find that a Connected Parenting & Parenting with Understanding approach works best for children with these needs but also is beneficial for all children. It is highly important for me to develop trust with the children I work with so they feel safe and loved while in my care.
The most important part about being a nanny...
I love watching children bloom and learn! My favorite, treasured moments are when a child learns something new or gains new confidence and to watch their excitement in their new skill.
