I have worked with many different kids at different areas on the spectrum, and understand that you have to alter to some of their needs, wants, communication styles, and abilities.
The most important part about being a nanny...
My favorite nanny moment was making a giant scavenger hunt with some of my kids. It took us a couple hours but we finished all the way through!
