The most important part about being a nanny...
The most important part is making sure the kids are fed at a decent time and making sure we follow all the rules given by the guardian(s). And having as much fun as possible while still being responsible and respectful. And making sure any messes that are made get cleaned immediately.
My experience with special needs children...
I have not worked with any special needs kids. But growing up most of my friends had special needs. I find it very easy to understand and communicate with them.
The most important part about being a nanny...
My favorite moment would probably be I was playing hide and seek with one of the kids I babysat and they jumped out of a shower and scared me really bad. We laughed about it for about 15 minutes.
