A little bit about me

Hello everyone, I've been working with kids since I was a kid! My mom was a teacher and always helped babysit for family and friends. I helped in my church's children's ministry for 8 years, taught horseback riding lessons for 4 years, and then went to the University of Hawaii at Manoa to study education. I worked in my university's children's center and at a local elementary school. When I came home, I nannied for a family for 2 years while studying early childhood education at Miracosta College. I currently nanny for an amazing family in Rancho Santa Fe and I'm looking for a Tu/Th or Tu/Th/F position. I really enjoy helping kids learn through lots of books, outdoor adventures, conversations, and more. I am holistically minded and like to stay active! I hope to help whoever may think I'm a good fit for their family.
