I’m looking for a job I can bring my kids with me or have yours come to me.
Not being with parents while they are working can be hard on both ends so I want to be a friend, make sure they are comfortable with me that may mean them getting to meet me ahead of time with you around.
trust is so important. I had somebody in my family tried to sexually molest my child my cameras caught them I no longer speak to them. I have cameras in my home you can use with an app and code added layer of Comfort in my opinion. so you can check on your kids using these cameras, a nice added benefit. trust is a most important thing. Childhood is what walks with us forever it’s very important to be encouraging and positive, I think whoever is in our children’s lives Has to be aware that impact they have can last forever

YMCA, private nanny 2 years, baby sister8 years experience, Pitt Child development Study Summer camp, and my own children 18 skip a grade and is in his second year of college for cardiovascular perfusion my 5 year old is not in school yet she just turned five and is extensive vocabulary and sweet as pie, my 7 year old is it has nonverbal autism and is shy and extremely smart. I live in East liberty and I would prefer to be bringing my children with me.

Activities I enjoy doing with children...

I’m very crafty and grate at fixing things I love coming up with things to get the kids leaning while playing and having fun. Going on walks is another thing I love doing or the park, having the kids outside a little bit is always nice. At my house we have a trampoline and the deck with a water table water play is one of my toddler‘s favorite things.

The most important part about being a nanny...

It’s a delicate balance to be a fun babysitter and make sure that you keep the parents wishes and rules I feel like that’s it’s not just about keeping the kids safe it’s about respecting the parents needs as well.

My experience with special needs children...

I am also A caretaker with care Options For Kids and have had training with certification.
My little one is autistic and I enjoy finding fun ways to Connect through play. There has been times in the past where she was very sensory seeking I work to make sure She’s had the right balance each day meeting her since we need and she’s doing so well that she lets me know if she needs something. I no longer have to guess.
I also have worked at the YMCA as a camp counselor and we had several special needs children, and I worked for a Pitt Study chickens camp involving autistic children.

The most important part about being a nanny...

I remember not having anything to do one day the rain kept us in but my 2 very rambunctious boys played out side all the time so i got them to help me set up an obstacle course all through the living room and family room it was like a treasure hunt obstacle course and it kept them busy and happy I used things around the house to make it fun are used yarn and made it so that they couldn’t touch the yarn but the yarn was like a laser going back-and-forth from one wall to the other and then they had to match cards in under a minute or go back to the beginning. They had a blast love seeing them happy and excited to play and so exhausted. when their parents came home the house was clean and the kids in bed asleep.
