"Nicole was so great with my daughter who is on the spectrum. She kept up with my daughters routine and rituals which can be very rigid. She was very responsible, always on time, and just made everything so much easier leaving my baby to go back to work. She was able to incorporate some play therapy into nannying since she would sometimes take my daughter to therapy. I believe this was one of the reasons my daughter flourished and became more verbal and social. She took care of my baby like she would take care of her own and it was a very amazing experience."
