My experience with special needs children...
While I don’t have extensive professional experience with special needs children, I do have some personal experience. I helped care for my aunt after she had a stroke, which taught me patience, attentiveness, and how to support someone with extra needs. I have also cared for a child with autism, where I learned the importance of routine, communication, and creating a calm, supportive environment.

One of my favorite nanny moments was when a child I cared for ran up to me excited to show me something new they learned. Moments like that mean a lot to me because it shows they feel comfortable, happy, and supported.
