Currently a paraprofessional in an elementary school I have been for 3 years now. Also, most summers I am a group leader at a summer camp which age ranges from 7-13 years old. I use to be full time group for the school year before I became a paraprofessional.

Some activities are going the playground, playing volleyball, nature walks, picnics, tea parties, and play video games.
My experience with special needs children...
My first year being a paraprofessional one of the students had autism and I would help out with him from time to time. He had a a lot of sensory issues and I purchased some sensory stuff to help him focus in class. Also sometimes I would work with him and my student privately on classwork breaking things down to them with our classroom distraction.
