My name is Noelle Hospenthal I am 18 years old I have had many experiences with baby sitting in the past years. I have also nannied for a wonderful family until they decided to move out of state, I have been working towards going to cosmetology school. I am very good with indoor and outdoor pets as I was raised on a ranch taking care of animals my entire life. some of the things I have learn while working with kids is you have to be patient and loving even in the hard times. using a calm voice tends to help lift kids up and not put them down. encouraging kids to do their homework and chores is one of my favorite things.
