I have worked in both paid and volunteer positions caring for and teaching children, including Mother’s Day Out, my own home daycare and after school program, my church nursery and teaching classes, as well as raising and homeschooling my four girls. I have also worked several part time and full time nanny positions over the last few years.
Activities I enjoy doing with children...
I love to explore the wonders of our natural world with children, including walking, gardening, nature study, sketching, and all manner of earth and life science projects.
I also endeavor to impart a love of language and literature to children. Reading classic literature and poetry aloud together is one of my favorite things to do.

My goals as a nanny are to provide the children with a steady positive influence as they grow, to model kindness and compassion, and respect them as individuals.
