I think the most important part about being a nanny is making kids feel safe, comfortable, and cared for. I love building strong relationships with both the children and their families and creating a fun, positive environment where kids can learn, grow, and be themselves. Being reliable, patient, and supportive is really important to me, and I always want the kids I work with to feel happy and encouraged.

I have experience working with children impacted by Autism and have supported individuals with a variety of unique needs. In addition, I currently work as a Direct Support Person for a young adult impacted by Autism, where I assist with daily routines, communication, independence, and providing a supportive, positive environment. Through these experiences, I have developed patience, understanding, flexibility, and the ability to build strong, trusting relationships while supporting each individual’s specific needs and strengths.

Recently I was working (nanny) and the little girl was playing with my hair. I didn't take out all off the hair ties, clips and bows before I left. I stopped at the store and completely forgot about my hair and went shopping.
