Is being able to make a difference in a Childs life. While the children's parents are not home, you have to make them feel as comfortable. Making the kids laugh, happy and creating memories for them is the best part.

I have worked with a 2 year old boy who had autism. I have experienced the bad sides (kicking, spitting, tantrum) but also seen him grow socially and educationally.
