One of my favorite times as a nanny/babysitter was when these two little girls and I planned a little surprise at-home spa day with their mom to do with their mom once she got back for her birthday! Planning it out with the kids and having them remember exactly what their mom liked and did not like was so fun, so they could enjoy a nice day with their mom!
