I have been around little ones for a very long time. I am currently completing my cda. I have had two jobs at two daycares as lead teachers. I was also a full-time nanny for about 5 months. I have done multiple babysitting jobs.
Activities I enjoy doing with children...
I love taking the kids outside and doing fun crafts. At the daycare i was working at circle time was done every morning and after noon. We read books, count, sing, and make some fun crafts/projects.
The most important part about being a nanny...
I believe it is caring for the children as if they are one of your own. The child should be very comfortable with there caregiver as they are with them quite often.
My experience with special needs children...
I have been around special needs my entire life as my mom is a special ed teacher. Did volunteer work through school working with special needs.
