My name is Olivia Holden, and I am 21 years old. I have always had a passion for working with children, it’s what makes me the happiest. I have four years of professional childcare experience and have worked with a variety of age groups, providing a safe, nurturing, and engaging environment for children to learn and grow. I am also the oldest of 7 children so nurturing, loving and teaching kids has always come very natural to me.After working in childcare for 4 years professionally overtime, I’ve realized that my passion is providing more individualized, one-on-one care. I also found that my director and I had different approaches when it came to teaching and caring for the children, which made me reflect on the type of environment where I can do my best work.
