My name is Meleshia, I am a 16 year-old high school student living in San Francisco trying to find a job. I love babysitting because I like to connect with the children and interact with them, because I never grew up with siblings since i’m an only child, and most of the time growing up, I would have to take care of my little cousins so I was like a big sister to them. So you can say I do have lots of experience with kids, especially with the age range of 3-10 years old. I may seem young to be a babysitter, but I can assure you I do have lots of experience even though I haven’t really babysitting in about five or six years so it has been a minute. I focus well in school. I do track & field, golf and volleyball, I am a manager for the football team and I am in the avid program.

I remember this one time I was with the kids and we were watching a movie from Disney and we had a special moment that day. we were eating popcorn, being wrapped in the blankets, and one of the kids fell asleep on me and it was such a precious moment that I started to cry because I could tell we really had that bond and it was magnificent.
