I have been a daycare teacher for 2 years as well as before working I volunteered for 2 years in daycares! Before being a daycare teacher I was babysitting for those around me when needed. And now I have been a nanny for a year and it is my absolute favorite!
Activities I enjoy doing with children...
I love doing arts and crafts to help children learn about new topics. I love allowing g children to learn through play as I feel it helps many development skills. I’m a very outdoorsy person so going on walks, going to the park, or simply just playing in the yard are some of my favorite things to do. I love to sing and dance as well!
The most important part about being a nanny...
I feel the most important part of my job is to ensure the children I care for know they are loved as well as feel loved. I also think it’s important to help cater their fine motor skills as well as developmental skills in a fun and exciting way to help motivate and avoid them feeling pressured to learn, learning should always be fun and exciting!

My favorite nanny moment would be every time each of my kids shows me how much they are learning from me, such as picking up on my words, and learning how to count to bigger numbers, and just seeing how much I can help each and everyone of them grow and thrive!
