"I have now had four nannies for my daughter, and Grace was by far the most reliable and trustworthy. I would hire her back in a heartbeat. The only reason we ended her employment is because my daughter transitioned to daycare. Grace is kind, warm, and loving with children. Her smile lights up the room. She knows a lot about babies and her experience comes through constantly with her good suggestions. I was a new mom and turned to her for advice all the time. The thing that stood out to me the most is how honest Grace was. I never had to question her or ask what happened. Even if my baby was crying, she would explain to me exactly what happened so that I had the full picture. It was so comforting to know that I never had to play guessing games. Grace was reliable, punctual, communicative, and friendly. She always sent photographs of my baby throughout the day, which I really appreciated!"

The most important part about being a nanny...
I think personally the most important part of being a nanny is building a connection with the family/children you care for. So the child always feel safe with me and the parents feel safe leaving their children with me.
My experience with special needs children...
I currently do not have any experience with special needs children.
The most important part about being a nanny...
My favorite nanny moment is watching milestones in each child. When an infant learns to sit up or roll over, when a toddler learns new words, or shares a bite of food with me all of that makes my heart glow.

Experienced Nanny Looking for a Wonderful Family ✨
Hi parents! My name is Arianna and I’m an experienced nanny looking for a loving family to work with in Maryland.
I have 3 years of childcare experience with children of all ages — from infants to school-aged kids. I’m CPR/First Aid certified, have reliable transportation, clean record, do not smoke, fluent in Spanish and English and most importantly I have a passion to work with kids.
A little bit about me is that I am a student at Anne Arundel Community College studying to become a nurse. I am the oldest of 5 in my family and have 2 dogs. (I am very comfortable with pets small or big.)
Families have described me as kind, dependable, and loving. I love planning fun, educational activities, spending time outdoors, and helping children grow in a safe and nurturing environment.
