A little bit about me

Hi, my name is Pam. I am a grandma, mother, and wife. I have 3 kids and 5 grandkids, all of whom I have been a nannie before that was in my 20's. I helped a mom with her 3 children ages, 5, 8, and 10, over the summer while she went thru a divorce. I did light housework, took children to outside activities, light cleaning, and prepared dinner for the family. Currently I work from home as an independent contractor brokering freight. But it is only a part-time job and all done via email and online, so my time is extremely flexible. I am looking to watch infants, babies, and toddlers, M-F, daytime hours only, preferably part-time but full time can be discussed. I love children, especially babies and all the snuggles. I am very affectionate, warm, and loving. I have a soft kind voice and kids usually take to me right off the bat. I am open and honest and respect all parenting styles. I want to help parents feel confident that their children are safe, well cared for, and most of all loved.

I worked as a Nanny in my early 20's in the early 90's. My son was 3 at the time. I nannied for a family in Olathe, single mom with 3 kids ages 10, 7, & 5 for the summer. I drove them to soccer practice, did light house work, laundry, and cooked dinner for the family before mom came home. It was a 3 month position till school resummed.

Activities I enjoy doing with children...

Going to the park, playing outside, walking the dog, puzzles, card games, watching movies, reading, singing, working with learning toys. etc.
