I'm a retired Army officer, 23 yrs. Then worked at a private school as an IT director/sub, grades PK -8 ). Public school PE/Health teacher, Tennis coach, grades 9-12 (6 years). Taught PK Sunday school, Big Brother/Big sister volunteer. Taught, supervised, and mentored kids pretty much my entire life. Recently relocated from Hawaii to Portage and looking for a PT position that is flexible, fun, and rewarding. I also love pets. Raised Husky's. Current background check and passed was completed for a volunteer Hospice position mid-2026 which included finger printing and a background check prior to being cleared to volunteer.

One of my favorite moments was helping the kids I sat for make a birthday cake for their mom and a welcome home banner for their dad when he returned from a deployment.
