A little bit about me

I am the Founder of Elegant Assisted Living Inc. in Pocatello, Idaho. I have a great personality and am not judgmental. I live breath and eat the PMA philosophy(Positive Mental Attitude). I retired and built a home that cost me more than I expected and need to return to work for a couple of years to help pay for it. Kids seem to love me and I am very approachable. Have great references upon request. I was the top Assisted living administrator in south east Idaho and opened up the top residential assisted living company in the area and sold it in 2009. I am responsible for some changes in rule and law in Idaho as I sat on a focus group with the Idaho Bureau of facility standards thus changing the law for Corporations who short changed span of control. The term Campus style housing was added to rule in Idaho. In the time I operated Elegant Living I was not cited for a core deficiency one time. The only administrator in Idaho to achieve that kind of record.
