If I'm indoor I love to play game boards with the kids doing some type of games that keep them mentally active. If I'm outdoor I love to do all type of sports activities with them so they can get out all the energy that kids have.

In my personal opinion the most important part of being a nanny is to have a good relation with the family and with the kids. Make the kids feel comfortable happy and loved around you as well as they feel with their parents. Also I think that communication with the family is an important part too.
