The most important part about being a nanny...
The most important part about being a nanny is building trust and a genuine bond with both the child and their family. It’s not just about supervision it’s about creating a safe, loving, and nurturing environment where a child feels seen, supported, and free to grow. Being consistent, dependable, and emotionally present helps children feel secure, and that’s when the most beautiful development happens.
The most important part about being a nanny...
One of my favorite moments as a nanny was when a little girl I cared for took her first steps while I was cheering her on. Her parents were at work, so I recorded the moment and sent it to them they were overjoyed! It reminded me how special it is to be part of a child’s milestones and how much trust families place in me. Moments like that make this work so meaningful and fulfilling.
