Hi there! My name is Paytin, and I'm 19 years old. I'm currently in nursing school with dreams of working in the Pediatric/NICU. In the meantime, I'm looking for opportunities to provide childcare and household support.

I have a strong background in working with children, through volunteer work personal experience and as a nanny for 3 families.
My responsibilities have included bottle feeding, diaper changes, nap and bedtime routines, soothing and comforting infants, as well as engaging toddlers and young children in age-appropriate activities.

I've also helped with preparing meals, keeping the home organized, driving kids to and from school, assisting with homework, and supporting their participation in sports and activities, as well as running errands.

The most important part about being a nanny...

One of my favorite nanny moments was being there when a toddler I cared for said their first word. We had been practicing simple words together during playtime, and one day, out of nowhere, they clearly said “ball.” Their excitement and pride lit up the whole room, and it was so special to share that milestone with them. It reminded me how important patience and consistency are when helping children learn.
