Relevant experience where I also cared for children were...

Childcare at my house for working mothers when my children were growing up, RN for developmentally disabled preschoolers and elementary school children for several summers. I also did babysitting for many years as a teenager and watched children while their parents were on a business trip or on vacation. Recently Nanny for an adorable infant boy who now is one year old and attends Daycare with his 4 year old sister.

So, I asked him when he thought he should learn to wipe his hinny? He looked up at me with his big blue eyes and said very seriously," when I am as big as my Daddy!"
